Concept Guess

Six tries to find a five-letter idea from AI, education, or civic life. The clue stays on screen, so this rewards thinking rather than guessing blind.

How to play

  • Type a five-letter guess and press Enter.
  • Green means the right letter in the right place; amber means right letter, wrong place.
  • The clue stays visible the whole time — use it.
  • Press New word for a different term from the bank.

What it teaches

Vocabulary is the bottleneck in almost every argument about automated systems. You cannot object to a threshold, a proxy, or a label until you can name it. Each solved word ends with a short note on what it actually means in practice.

For educators

Works well as a five-minute opener. Ask students to write their own clue for the day's word before revealing the note — a good clue is proof of understanding.
